Yes. Attendance machines come with software that exports reports in Excel and other formats; we set this up and show your team how to use it.

The alarm itself works locally (siren, sensors). For phone notifications an internet or GSM connection is needed – we advise the right option for your site.

A comprehensive AMC includes the cost of most replacement parts; a non-comprehensive AMC covers service and labour, with parts billed separately. We help you pick the plan that suits the age and value of your equipment.

AMC clients get priority. Most issues are addressed the same or next working day, and many can be resolved remotely straight away.

Yes. A combined AMC is the most convenient option for offices and institutions – one contract, one point of contact for all your IT and security equipment.

Yes. Most desktop, printer and network issues are handled at your premises. Laptops that need bench work are repaired at our Kankarbagh workshop.

Very often, yes. An SSD and extra RAM can make a 5–6-year-old machine feel new at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We advise honestly when replacement is the better option.

We take a backup before working on the storage or operating system, and we never access your personal files beyond what is needed for the repair.
